How do I set up a tour or consultation?

What happens if it rains?
In the event of rain, we move the ceremony site indoors.

Do we need to hire security?
Yes, security is required and will be outsourced by the venue.

Can we bring in candles?
All candles must be electronic or LED.

Can we bring sparklers for the send off?
Yes, they must only be used for send off, and not underneath the canopy.

Can we bring in outside catering?
You must use our in house catering for your main meal and appetizers.

Can we bring in our own alcohol?
Yes bring your own alcohol and set ups and our included bartender will serve to the guests. Any left over at the end of the night will go home with you.

Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Do I have to use your suggested vendors?
No. You may use whichever vendor that you like.

Who will be on site for my event?
Los Encinos will have a venue manager on site to provide support and coordinate with you and/or your event planner.

Do you require an event planner?
In our experience, having outside event coordination ensures the smoothest, most successful events. However, you are not required but we are happy to make a recommendation from our referral list.
